The SONshine Preschool is a ministry of the church. Our mission is to serve Christ by teaching preschoolers about His love. At the SONshine preschool, kids ages 1 through pre-K can learn and play in a safe, Christian environment and are taught about Jesus. The SONshine Preschool meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 am until 2:30 pm. We have small classes and always two teachers to each classroom. We provide an age-appropriate Christian and academic curriculum such as Wee Learn, Mail Box, Spanish, Music, PE , Daily Bible Stories, Crafts and Tuesday morning Chapel.  Developing friendships with classmates, learning to follow instructions, and sharing are always a priority at SONshine Preschool.  We follow the Aledo ISD calendar regarding inclement weather and school holidays.

Luke 2:52 tells us that Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man. At the SONshine Preschool, we strive to provide an atmosphere where children will grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.
