Jonathan has been on staff at Cross Timbers (formerly FBC Willow Park) since 2007. Formerly, he served as the Student Minister for over eight years. In October of 2015 he was called to serve as Pastor after our former pastor retired. Jonathan received his Master of Divinity with a Concentration in Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2012, and his Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech in 2007. He loves spending time with his family, enjoys reading & working out, and dabbles in woodworking in his spare time. He and his wife Alyson live nearby in Weatherford with their four children.

Stan has been serving as part-time Worship Pastor at Cross Timbers (formerly FBC Willow Park) since 2011. He recently retired as Senior Fellow and Professor of Church Music at B. H. Carroll Theological Institute in Irving, TX. Prior to co-founding the Carroll Institute in 2003, Stan was Professor of Church Music at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He earned MCM, MM, and DMA degrees at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Stan and his wife Mary served as Southern Baptist missionaries in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, from 1978 to 1987. They live in Aledo and have 3 married children and ten grandchildren.

Jake has been on staff since the Fall of 2018. He lived in Willow Park growing up and went to Cross Timbers (then FBC) as a child and student learning under Pastor Jonathan. In May of 2017 Jake graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University and received a Bachelor of Arts with a focus in Student Ministry. He enjoys cheering on the Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, and Dallas Stars every year, going to concerts, and playing disc golf with good friends. He is excited to be back at home and serve our church again as the Student Minister.

Amanda is a Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She has devoted many years of her life to teaching children about Jesus's love. She has taught in Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, AWANA and through Puppet Ministry. In 1999, she and her daughter took a full Puppet Ministry set to South Africa. They taught Bible College Students to reach children for Jesus using Puppet Ministry. She loves sharing the joy we have through Christ Jesus. Giving children a solid foundation on which to build their personal relationship with Jesus is very important to her.
